Line-X Obsession takes home first win in MOD Series
TEMECULA, CA – Obsession Racing took home first place honors in the Line-X Obsession this past Saturday night in Round 8 of the Monsters of Destruction monster truck series in Glendale Arizona. The Line-X Obsession qualified as the second seed for Round 8 and never looked back taking out the point leader, Dragon Slayer.
“The truck is really responding well,” said Rick Swanson. “We have had some problems with our axles breaking, but I think we got it all worked out and took home the victory.”
The Line-X Obsession also participated in Round 7 but had a broken axle take him out of the racing competition. The Line-X Obsession was fixed just in time for freestyle and was the only truck the hit the van pyramid in reverse.
Round 7 will air this Saturday on The Outdoor Channel at 3pm EST. Round 8 is scheduled for Saturday, April 2 at 3pm EST.
